Every other week, we’ll meet to guide you through a deeply healing and transformative process—alternating between powerful spiritual life coaching and deep-dive hypnotherapy sessions. This balanced rhythm gives your soul time to integrate each breakthrough while keeping your momentum strong.

Through a personalized 1-on-1 integrated approach, Crystal combines her healing modalities with coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy (and business consulting) to support transformation on the level of mind, body, and soul. Sessions are tailored to help you clear limiting beliefs, heal inner child and generational patterns, access inner wisdom, strengthen intuitive abilities, and create meaningful change from the inside out. This work may also include guidance around manifesting, expanding spiritual awareness, and opening to spontaneous healing as you reconnect with your own inner power.

BONUS:  Quantum Healing / Past Life / QHHT Regression Session - can be scheduled at any point during your program even though we encourage at least a few sessions first to help enrich your experience.  This session will help uncover deeper soul lessons, unresolved energies, or patterns influencing your present path.
