Cancellation Policy
Please view our Terms and Conditions for further information. 3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or in the case of repeated rescheduling, we reserve the right to retain 50% of the session fee. Refund requests for sessions canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice will be processed within 5 working days. In the rare event we need to cancel your session with less than 24 hours’ notice, you are entitled to a full refund if you prefer not to reschedule. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your session. If you anticipate being late, notify us via message or text at 402-612-0829. Sessions will end at the scheduled time, and being late may result in a shortened session without a fee reduction. If you are significantly late, you may be charged 50% of the session fee. Booking Process: Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. Clients will receive a confirmation email with session details upon booking. Reminders will be sent 24 hours before the session.
