At Crystal Faith Healing, we are committed to providing high-quality, intentional services and programs. Due to the nature of our offerings, which involve time allocation, preparation, and limited availability, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all purchases.

1. No Refund Policy

 

All purchases are final. Crystal Faith Healing maintains a strict no-refund policy on all services, programs, and plans.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Payment plans and installment-based purchases

• Private sessions, readings, and consultations

• Packages, bundles, and multi-session programs

​

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Failure to attend scheduled sessions

• Scheduling conflicts

• Dissatisfaction after purchase

• Failure to review or respond to communications

2. Client Responsibility

 

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact information

• Monitoring email and other communication channels for scheduling and updates

• Booking and attending sessions within the allotted timeframe

​

Failure to receive, review, or respond to communications does not constitute grounds for a refund.

​

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

 

Clients may reschedule appointments with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in forfeiture of the session

• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled

4. Plans & Program Commitment

 

By purchasing a plan or program, clients agree to commit to the full scope of the offering.

• All sessions must be used within the specified validity period (if applicable)

• Unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Plans may not be shared, transferred, or exchanged

​

5. Payment Plans

 

For purchases made via payment plan:

• Clients are responsible for completing all scheduled payments

• Payment obligations remain in effect regardless of usage of services

• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to services

6. Agreement to Terms

 

By purchasing any service, plan, or program from Crystal Faith Healing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
